On this day dated 23rd Dec 2021 , The “National Farmer’s day” was celebrated at Amanapada Village which was organized  by Amanapada Youth Club & Brahmakumaris Cuttack  near it’s retreat centre Vishwa Shanti Sarovar, Anantapur. The Programme Started with Candle lighting of the guests. Bk Sulochna Didi ji, Addl. Incharge Cuttack Subzone & Zonal Co-Ordinator Rural Development Wing (RERF), Brahmakumaris  vividly described the benefits of meditation in yogic farming, Bro Dr. Arabinda Dhali , MLA , Jaydev, chief guest of the programme, shared his experience about Meditation & its benefits. Sis Rashmita Sahoo, Sarpanch, Jagannthapur also joined as guest of honour.  Bk Reena Behn , Rajyoga Teacher, Cuttack, demonstrated Rajyoga Meditation to the farmers .Bk Gopal bhaiji , Rajyoga Teacher, VSS and Bk Digamber,Cuttack  shared their experiences about Yogic farming and Terrace gardening with zero use of chemical fertilizers and Pesticides, vast uses of Dasparni Ark, Jibamrit, and Waste Decomposer, Posters of Yogic farming and live demo of  plants bearing vegetables.  Bk Debasmita, Rajyoga Teacher , VSS Coordinated the whole programme . Bk Nibedita Sang a beautiful song dedicated to the farmers. bro Aravinda Dhali ji and Bk Sulochna didi ji felicited the farmers and Bro Judhisthir Parija , Jagannathpur gave Vote of Thanks. Representatives from Local Print and Electronic Media & 70 Farmers had participated the programme . Youth members of the club Santosh, Prakash, Apu, Badal and Amiya whole-heartedly extended their help for successful completion of the programme
